Return and Refund Policy

As honey is a food item, it cannot be returned.

However, if you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, we will replace your product at no cost.

If you have received an incorrect of defective product, please send an email to buzz@koorahoney.com with a brief description of the issue, your order number, and photographs of the front and side of the jar showing the product name and batch number respectively. We will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
